Carnival cancelled in Brazil city amid heavy rains, mudslide

A mudslide caused by heavy rains killed a seven-year-old girl in north Sao Paulo state and more people are feared dead, authorities said Saturday, leading the city of Sao Sebastiao to cancel its Carnival festivities.
